Donnie has made his mark on life in the Christian Music Industry and has been in several successful bands as well as manage and promote them. Donnie brings years of management experience from the music business to IHSProductions. After a long day Donnie enjoys spending time with his wife Laura, writing, and is currently recording his second solo album.

Laura McElroy - Sales and Office manager -

Laura Mcelroy brings an err of professionalism to IHSProductions. With over 12 years in an executive office position for a government IT operations department Laura keeps the programmers and designers on a productive schedule by tracking hours and expenses. With her uncanny ability to organize and prioritize the daily tasks of running a successful company Laura strives to keep cost down production up and makes sure the bills are paid ahead of time. Laura is a master of keeping those little things on track that can add up to a big problem if someone does not make sure they are accomplished.

Mark Hochhaus - Graphic Artist -

With over 12 years of web development and design, and founding owner of ColorTheWeb, Mark brings his eye for design and years of Internet experience coupled with years of intense Search Engine Strategy Studies. Mark has truly been one of the inovators in the business since the dawn of the web.

Mark has been a vital member of the IHS Productions team since the day we opened the doors. Mark knows the meaning of dedication, devotion, and loyalty; And projects it in his service to both IHSP and to its clients everyday. Mark is one of the founding members of IHS Productions and we could not run without him.

Millie Olson - Web Designer/ Programmer -

Millie’s educational background is in Office technologies and office management, while minoring in Computer Sciences and Information Technologies. Since finishing her education Millie has built an impressive portfolio of IT related positions spanning more than 15 years.

As a devoted mother of five, Millie also possesses incredible patience and amazing organizational skills that are sure to be a benefit to any project she takes on.

Robert Raught - Search Engine Specialist -
